In case of medical emergency, call 911 first and then call the Zephyr Point emergency line.


Registration is between 3:30pm - 5:00 pm. If you will be arriving late, please inform one

of the leaders. Once arrives at the conference center, please park your car at one of the

designated parking areas near the entrance of the conference center and proceed to the

Hubbard Lodge to check-in and for your room assignment.

To help you prepare for the retreat, here is a list of items to pack for the family treat. We

will have a food table at the Hubbard Lodge; please bring snacks and drinks to share.

** In addition, Don't forget to pack the followings:

- Sleeping bag/bed linens & pillowcase (unless informed otherwise by one of the leaders)

- Bath towel (unless informed otherwise by one of the leaders)

- Reusable water bottle

- Your RUMC T-Shirt


If you need transportation to the retreat site, please contact Percy Chan. For those who are carpooling, please communicate with your carpool driver in advance for pick up location and time.

You may park at one of the three designated parking areas by the entrance of the conference center during the retreat.

  • 2 level Parking Garage

  • Upper Parking Lot

  • Overflow Parking Lot

All vehicles must display a completed Dash Pass and park in a proper parking spot or entrance parking lots unless a designated parking spot is assigned. Unloading and loading in no parking zones is limited to 5 minutes max. Parking violations are subjected to towing at the owner's expense.

Refer to the page for the specific check-out procedures for the guest room, kitchen, and meeting space. Failure to comply with check-out procedures may result in a service charge to RUMC and ineligibility to rebook in the future.
